We recommend Yes Air Conditioning for cooling and heating problems and maintenance. Our call for help this morning was received by a very courteous, helpful operator. The Service Specialist, Bill C. arrived within the expected time frame and immediately set out to find the problem. He had our air conditioning back up and running within just a very short period of time. He was very thorough, explaining what he was doing, showing us the problem and answering any questions we had. We would welcome him back to service or fix our equipment any time. We are 20 plus year residents of Nevada and we feel that Yes Air Conditioning has given us the best customer service in those years.
