Helped me for free! I had a broken tail light on my 2007 Dodge Ram 1500. I bought a replacement lens online but the screws holding it in needed a special driver. I stopped in at Courtesy and a woman from the service department brought out the necessary driver and changed the lens for free.On a subsequent visit with my check engine light on they found $700 worth of needed repairs. They gave me a ride home and picked me up later that day when the work was done. That was good service!
