Had water/mold damage. 4 months to repair something that was promised in 5 weeks. They took forever, over charged for everything, it was such a hassle dealing with them. As an insurance agent I used to refer to them 100%, but now I wouldn't. Apparently a lot of the hold up was their project manager didn't know the xactware (software for insurance payment/adjusting) and was entering things completely wrong. The adjuster kept telling me he was just waiting on a revised estimate removing xyz. It was all around a very painful process. I would recommend checking into other companies with higher ratings.
