Had a bad experience. Booked two rooms for my relatives and I. Every time we went to the pool the guys in charge of umbrellas and towels started asking several questions about how many rooms we had because we were 8 (8 people split in tow rooms). Also I saw them bringing cold water to other guests without the guests even asking. They did not even bother asking us if we needed anything. I called one of them and asked for an umbrella; he took a long time to bring it, so I went and brought one myself. When he finally came with an umbrella and saw we already had one he started making upset faces. Everything else was very good; From the food the drinks, but the way those people treated us made it a bad experience.
