Completely failed me. Ordered online for next day to collect in store. Item wasn't there the day after. Went in day after that, still not there... Went on holiday for a few weeks, went back to collect my item, order cancelled! Item then only available for collection on the Isle of Wight. NOT HAPPY! A complete let down B&Q.
