I needed a condo questionnaire for a refinance, and I got it back immediately. I work with a lot of HOA management companies and it is very refreshing to get something so important completed immediately. By accident I sent the wrong questionnaire and David helped out a lot by allowing me to send the correct one and filling out another questionnaire out. I am very thankful, this loan was sitting around for a long time (non related issues to HOA) and b/c of David's promptness we were able to get this loan off our desks and help the borrower.
