CareSource has done wonderful things for me, the folks on the phone have always been very kind to me.... however; I will say. Not all of them are equal. If you are asking a question that they can t answer or if they tell you something that doesn t sound right, ask to speak to someone else. I had a small issue with a claim and a doctors office was sending me bills. I called CareSource no less than 3 times, and was even told to call the doctors office and ask them to... set themselves up to be paid through CareSource or something??? On the last call, I spoke to Danielle, who was AWESOME. You could tell that she genuinely cared about her customer service, and boy did she know her stuff! She explained that the company had filled out their paperwork incorrectly and that they needed to resubmit the claim. Neither of the other gals had been able to figure that out, and they told me repeatedly that the office was out of network... CareSource is open network. Period. Danielle explained to me that even if they tried to send me to collections, all I had to do was go to the office and get proof of insurance for that time and bam, no case. Now my bill is paid in full, and Danielle gets 5/5 stars!! Thank you so much!!!!
