The experience was bad. Despite early check in through Accor plus we had to wait for 2.5hours and finally could have our rooms ready around 2.20pm.
The front desk staff were not helpful at all and tried to suppress our requests. Excuses like it's fully booked and look at the lobby crowd.we have to serve them as well. Our key was also not working.
Checkout procedures were really bad as well. The staff didn't seem to know his duties and was just making us wait asking others for clarification. Infact my husband and I told him that we had to pay extra since we used the facilities. The staff didn't seem to understand the simple basic of deducting our charges with that of the upfront deposits.
Service wasn't worth the trip. Wouldn't prefer to book for another stay .not even with accor plus membership.
