I had an excellent experience at Apple Honda. They have a great team. Everyone I interacted with was patient, respectful, and professional. I want to really point out my salesperson Tania, the sales manager Jody, and the business manager Don since those are the folks that worked with me. They all took time to answer my questions and they were very courteous and welcoming. In the past I have had some really negative experiences at other dealerships, where salespeople can put a lot of pressure on customers and can be dishonest. At Apple Honda I did not feel any pressure to make a decision and everyone I dealt with was straightforward and transparent. I would also emphasize that everyone was patient and I never felt rushed. Because of these experiences I decided pretty quickly that I wanted to buy my car there. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone.
