I was contacted by the service department who wanted to make things right. Without going into too much detail.. the service department lead, along with their lead tech asked for the vehicle to correct any issues within reason and make good on a couple broken promises by previous "service advisor." It is not about the mistake, but how we react to the mistake. I appreciate them reaching out. My biggest issue (besides a well working vehicle) was that I felt disrespected by the time I went home previously. And they amended that. So for this, I thank them.

I have no issue with the sales side if this business. But the service department as a whole has made this purchase of our first Mopar vehicle absolutely not worth it. We have had the same issues with our 2016 Dodge Journey from the first week of having it - and 4 services/18 months later. And nothing is covered between manufacturer and the extended warranty. Nobody wants to help, or even give the impression that they are helping. Will never buy or service another vehicle from this location. FYI this is very PG rated vs what I want to say, and leaves out a lot of details.
