A plus left the students completely stranded during COVID-19! They have not answered their phones in 6 weeks or sent emails to their students. K- 12 schools have been teaching online so College level tutoring should easily be able to do the same. They are not an ethically run company and I do not recommend them. At this point they have not offered a refund or any solutions for the 2020 spring semester.
