My MacBook Pro needed a costly repair, and Kevin with Encore's location off Kennedy Ave in Norwood was able to diagnosis the issue and fix it. There were no hidden fees, or fees for the initial assessment, and they were able to hold on to my computer until I was able to pay them. The service was top-notch, friendly, and prompt; I found my experience here to be infinitely better than any I've had at the Apple Store in Kenwood.
