Had a pleasant experience getting a ring cut, resized and fixed here. The initial estimate was quite lower than the actual cost and I would have appreciated that information up front about what I could expect based on what they would need to do to cut a ring and fix it. (It was nearly double the quote) The person helping me did not introduce herself at first. I had to approach them and ask for help. Other than that, the experience was pleasant and I am looking forward to getting my wedding ring and engagement ring back.
