You really only get to know the quality of a compa...

You really only get to know the quality of a company after you are no longer "valuable" to them. We requested to cancel our membership over a month ago but were assured that we had until the 14th to cancel. Our visa was charged on the 1st and so we were a little flabbergasted. The day after this first charge, we requested a refund and explained that we were assured verbally that we could cancel before a certain date. After being referred to a slew of different numbers and "higher-ups" the cancellation and refund was rejected TWO WEEKS later. Seeing that we have not been to VillaSport in over a month, we just want our money back. This is a completely unprofessional business and their customer service is a joke. I want my money back.
