Ordered reciever almost 2 months later worked for a month then screen stopped working. Did warranty claim online no response even messaged on face book no response. Total waste of money

I returned the radio and power cable over a month ago as i was told by your company with no information of what was going to happen past that part no paid postage nothing. I paid 50 dollars to ship the broke radio been waiting over 1 month this is totally unacceptable. IT TOOK 2 MONTHS to even respond to tell me to return it, 6 months total since order paid over 600 dollars plus,for a radio that I used for a few hours now your asking fo 40 more dollars because i didnt send back the GPS and rca harness are u kidding me, im not paying your company nothing more then I already did, so u can either refund my full amount or send me new radio with the power source next step ill be taken is legal actions im tired of this back and forth with subpar results. And fifty different messages from this company all saying different things
