I've dealt with several other agencies that were clearly treating me as another number on a spreadsheet and recruiters who kept trying to push me into positions I wasn't completely on board with, but Sue Morash and the rest of the Kennison team are great to work with because they actually care. They work within your preferences and parameters, so you'll never feel pressured to go out for a job that you don't feel like a fit for. They also check in pretty regularly, so even if they don't have anything that week you know they still have you in mind.
