GREAT EXPERIENCE!! I had spent about 2 weeks shopping around to different dealers in search of a good, used small pickup. I happened to find one listed here and thought I might as well check it out. I live about 40 miles away but found the trip to be worth it. Todd Palmer met me at the door and immediately I could sense a difference in the approach here. Gone was the "What can I do to get you home in this vehicle today?!" pressure and we were able to talk candidly about not only the vehicle but the fact that I knew I would have to be back in a few days to pick it up. There were a few minor details on the vehicle that needed attention before I bought it (cracked head and tail lights) and Todd assured me that it would be taken care of the that the price would stay the same.

The vehicle I purchased this time was not one of the branded titles (it had been traded for one recently) but after having dealt with the sales team and having such a great experience, I will certainly plan to come back here when it's time for something a little more fancy in the future! Thanks to Todd for all your efforts, you were great to help me out!!
