I usually stay at the Palace Station when I go to ...

I usually stay at the Palace Station when I go to Vegas. But this time I asked a cocktail waitress named Cathy where the restroom was and she spoke to me in a very rude manner. Kind of embarrassing. I would've given it 5 stars if it wasn't for this. I may have to start looking for another place to stay where the staff doesn't try and embarrass you by raising their voice at you in front of customers. The stratosphere definitely had better customer service.
