I really enjoyed and learned a lot from the tours that had demonstrations or an actual item to look at. The speaking seminars were good for the items that you couldn't see or touch. However, you have a wonderful showroom that, I think, could've been utilized with actual show and tell. Example the wood wall in the bathroom hallway, the doors, the cabinets, and fixtures. It's nice to see a brand name on a screen, but it would've been more interesting to actually look at the items.
