Billie needs a raise. Never minded less spending money. Very professional, kind, and very knowledgeable. Id make sure she stays happy. She would be a loss if she ever bounced. Thank you Billie.

Unfortunately the problem area intermittent so after a couple weeks I needed another service call. Pete almost exactly replicated what Billy had done, quite well BTW, but sometimes a second set of eyes helps. A couple weeks back I had placed a guitar case behind a chair that totally blocked a cold air return. My bad, Pete's find. Great job Shall Y'all. Now Pete needs a raise too. Doug~
