I had been recommended to seek help from The Compliance Council by Best Practice Certification. Booked an appointment at their earliest time being three weeks ahead and made Management available for the meeting in regards ISO9001:2015 gap analysis. On the day of the meeting the start time passed and no one turned up . I had no call or email . I made the call to them with many excuses passed on why this happened yet I was the one whom had to call.I was later given a time two further weeks away. I am not impressed with the level of commitment from a senior person in this organisation . Shop around for a more commited company whom take an interest in servicing you as a client .
