It feels much nicer than the other shelter in Austin. They worked pretty quickly and were friendly when we got our puppy. They also worked with us when it came to vaccinating our puppy. The location is great, but it's a pain to get ahold of them by phone. You have to call 311 and they'll email them for you. Just go in person, it's much easier.
