I have gotten the worse customer service at Walser...

I have gotten the worse customer service at Walser. Tried to reach people in corporate, more than 6 times and have received no replies, even with a promise of a reply. My problem started in May and it is now November, not a call or a letter. I am about to make another call today, 11/04/16, and see if I get A RESPONSE!
