I initially booked with Vauxhall Basildon to fix a Vauxhall Ampera and had to pay for a cab home and back and then was told they couldn't fix it. Vauxhall customer service centre was very helpful and connected me to Bristol Motors. On the 12th December, I called to make sure it would be ready before Christmas. I was told on the phone that it would take around 2-3 business days to do the work. I brought my car on the 13th December after making an appointment and then got a phone call the same day to tell me the job was going to take now 2 weeks because of Christmas holidays.

I was then told the parts provider in Germany was on holiday until 6th January.

It's now 12th January. Still no car.
