We had our entire house resided, window and door trim replaced, and gutters replaced. The aluminum and underlying clapboard siding had to be removed. We replaced the old wood trim with PVC and went with cedar shingles for the siding. There were some hiccups as you can imagine with a project this size. My phone calls were always returned in a timely manner. There were a few things broken during the demolition portion of the job that A & A fixed without any questions or hassles. There were times during the project where we had to go in different directions then planned. Sean, our project manager, would always listen intently to what I had to say. We went with his professional recommendations a few times and he was very open to our opinions. Sean was awesome to work with and did a great job communicating, which you unfortunately don t always get in the construction world. A & A also lives up to their warranties. We had a leak in our ceiling a few months after the project was completed that we had never experienced before. A &A came out once again and found and repaired a small rip in one of our rubber roofs. The people we worked with are fantastic and would recommend them to anybody. Best of luck on your future house projects.
