Mike Medley did a great job showing us the Buick. Mike knew all about the features and capabilities of the car even though it was a Ford dealership. He listened carefully and worked with us to get a good deal and even made it where we could take the car home. He also came to our house to pick up some of the Items that we left in our car that we traded. He was knowledgeable courteous and helpful in every way. We would buy from Mike again.
