1st stay Disney springs hotel in Kissimmee with the HH honors gimmick my older son was bitten up by bugs(told by maintence man bed bugs but it was taken care of and that all motels have them?) there was 4 of us..we were asked not to leave a bad review the roller bed was thrown out, AND our next stay..even 2-3 yrs from then would be special(He would keep all our info,with notes).... we made our reservations my eight-year-old son and I and we re ready for a much better vacation than the last one hoping we wouldn t run into any bedbugs mainly not knowing how much worse people could be than bugs and what lied ahead they told us on the phone don t worry we will make up for that you ll be very happy when you leave this time What a Lie!! Our room was a dungeon.. they must ve put a new mattress and sprayed it for bugs they thought that was just our main concern we weren t there to enjoy ourselves just not to get it I guess we told him this room wasn t what we were hoping for it s not what we were told The manager said for 145.00 more and he could upgrade us!!he would give us what we were already were promised and confirmed over phone for more money? I m disabled and use a electric scooter sometimes to get around and not in a position to have any confrontation with this guy and with my child by my side They put us 2 doors from the Disney ticket sales booth 2nd door from both noise loud talk.my son and I had to open door and walk by usualy two men and making conversation with my son everytime he walked by.I dont know who they are.i was so sick and worried.felt so insecure were all these guys friends or some work there very bad security if you have children at this hotel.we tried to sneak out of our room(open the door you could see them less then 15 foot away.(i have pics to send anyone) I told the nitetime manager to please move us we were hhonor (joke hhonors)what was promised move us.I also asked the desk and the cleaning ladies not to go in room(she said keep sign on.. we asked for towels and sheets and they gave them to us in exchange for old ones.I had my meds and money in suitcase and seeing how bad security was I was really worried ...I ASKED BOTH ladies not to clean rm AND as told put do not disturb sign on..They went in anyway and 6 of my pills were gone(i have to count for each day of vacation and had 4 extra of each..i kept thinking good thing I took extra.i carried everything with us after that!..My 8 yr old was so worried (he said "Dad they can just come in now when were sleeping?)told him no we can put 2nd latch on door when in the room.I didnt want to scare him anymore then they did!!!.we put scooter tight against door my sons idea.We just waited our time to leave,Thats sad my sons Xmas vacation. We saved for almost a whole year and I thought this would be such a special time togeather)and hes afraid ..The room smelled old and damp With a view of the parking lot.I asked one of the workers at the front in the morning if there is someone to give us information about the shuttle instead of taking the Uber he was going in and out talking to the guys by our door and we heard them threatening each other so I had my chance at someone know to talk the
man growled go look for yourself there s information everywhere and we were at a Disney Springs Hotel?A lady heard him talking to us who was at the front and asked my name and said I m sorry for that I meant to talk to you about what happened earlier and later that day They sent us a cheese platter and an apology note ..I had paid using AMEX number over phone With our room facing pool area higher floor..not in a prison room.(they charged my amex xenotransplantationput down that we stayed an xtra day.our plane left on Dec 26th they charged me for 27th???It was so bad from the start no ice machine working on 1st or 2nd floor nitemare next called Uber We wanted to go to Epcot When all of a sudden big black vehical flys up from back yelling at us driving Sorry Review at limit
