Chris Hunter Review of The Gateway Arch
The museum is excellent, absolutely impressed.

The theater that shows how it was built... Ehh...
Ok... If you are deaf, hard of hearing, or use hearing aides, the low sound quality of a cement structure makes it exceedingly difficult to hear the narration of the video. The website says they have captions for deaf people, but when I asked for captions, I was told they don't have captions. And they don't. They really don't have captions for deaf people. Was grossly disappointing as my assistive hearing device doesn't do that great of a job to begin with, but then put it into an echo chamber of a concrete theater to see how the Arch was built and it's a disaster.
Fed run program and they don't have the captions that are openly proclaimed on the website where I bought the tickets? Disappointing because they are supposed to adhere to ADA laws. Oh well.
