People show up 4 hours early to get in line for a ...

People show up 4 hours early to get in line for a first-come event and they let in the back of the line first? How does that make sense? I drove into Dallas at 2am for a 3pm rally and they let the people who waited the longest (lots of aching bladders after 4-5 hours in LAST. Got seats at the back, after so many hours and effort, because of your crappy staff.
