Dr. Ortiz and her team are absolutely amazing! We drive past countless vet clinics on our 30 minute drive to bring our 4 dogs to this clinic and we rave about this place any time anyone asks about a good vet in Austin. Their recent transition to VCA has been seamless to the consumer; updated signage is the only obvious giveaway. Otherwise, no bumps in the road or issues that usually come with this type of transition.

Just a few examples of their greatness:
They have refilled meds on a whim, squeezed in our dogs when something unexpected happens and we call on a booked day to get them seen, and even tell you pricing for any tests or medications up-front so you're not surprised by the bill. They've never made a billing mistake and even have discounted vaccines one day per week!

They really are the best vet we've ever been to.
