A little on the expensive side but the tech was very knowledgeable and they usually have higher end equipment than smaller companies, which is useful for correctly diagnosing the problem. It helps so you don't keep throwing money hoping to find the right fix. Jackie was professional and found my freon leak very quickly and pointed out a few other issues to look for as well. He explained everything very well and showed me the problem before and after.
The only thing I didn't like was the scheduling department, which had nothing to do with the tech side. They said they would be running a few minutes late and that was no big deal. However, a few minutes turned into 4 more hours. I had to call them thinking they forgot about me as I kept continuously waiting at home like a dumdum. They said it was just taking longer but they will still come out, but more communication about how late they would really be would have been nice, as I could have ran some errands. That's the only reason for a 4 star instead of a 5.
