My experience with Illini Nissan was excellent! I went in to have a defective key that had come from another dealership reprogrammed. Misty was my service rep and she was super helpful. She worked with me to have the other dealership pay for the key to be programmed and she let me know about an open recall on my car. The recall was fixed free of charge and Misty worked with my busy schedule to find a time that worked for me! I did feel like having the key reprogrammed took a little longer than it should have, but Illini Nissan has a pretty nice sitting area with coffee and other refreshments. Overall I would recommend this dealership to others and I would definitely recommend working with Misty if you need to have any service done to your car!
