HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE I just want to transfer my license that's all so I can work but all three times I have called it has been nothing but rude women and unpleasant and unprofessional phone ethics. They will talk down on you and call you a list because there phone system and online system is outdated and horrible. So ready for this process to be over so I can stop dealing with them all together.
