The personal experience received from the group at National Auto Warehouse was second to none. My wife and I were in the market for a new to us vehicle. We contacted National about a car that was listed in their inventory. Given the fact that we are located 5.5 hrs away, it was going to take some good planning in order to make our schedules work so that we could test the vehicle. We decided to place a deposit on a Monday so that the car we wanted to see was held until we could make the trek across the state the following Saturday. The Friday prior to our trip, we were notified by family members of a vehicle that was newly available for sale due to another family members health. The following day, the Saturday that we had planned to visit National, I called to inform them that we had decided to go a different route concerning our next vehicle. The staff was very understanding of the situation and promptly refunded our deposit with no questions asked. 1) National did not have to hold the vehicle for us but they did. 2) National could have sold the vehicle regardless of our deposit but they didn't. 3) National could have held a portion of the deposit since they had taken the vehicle off the market specifically for us but they didn't.
National is a very personal, local feeling dealer that I would not have any concerns dealing with in the future.
