The worst pediatrics emergency room I've ever been...

The worst pediatrics emergency room I've ever been too.... Came here once before and forgot why I wouldn't step foot back in this place..... Been sitting with my sons urine for 3hrs waiting to be called ... It has not been sent to the lab. You have to pay for parking in this area including the Visitors parking area of the hospital. Just horrible such a disgrace... Montefiore was very reputable and their service has worsened over time
