Poor customer service! I have been searching for a vehicle for nearly two months when I finally found one that interested me at a reputable dealer. So I called for a 1pm appointment to test drive the car, I arrived early, 12:35pm for a cash sale and was told the car had sold 15 minutes before I arrived??? This is the type of thing you would expect at a small corner lot dealer that over charges and under performs, not at a large dealership in Naples. So not only am I disappointed about losing the car, I also wasted over an hour of my time driving there for nothing! There are many other good dealers in the area, I advise going elsewhere... (The dealership has contacted me about finding another vehicle for me, will keep you posted... To be continued!)
