Kevin In Acura service made my service experience easy and quick. I am a new Acura vehicke owner with a very busy schedule and Kevin made sure I was informed of my cars progress in a kind and caring manner. He made sure that my service experience was smooth and he listened to my needs and requests. Despite my busy schedule he worked with me to secure a loner vehicle in order for the service to not interrupt my work schedule considering I work over 12 hour shifts. As a service team they were committed to working hard to complete my routine service while looking into ways to improve my understanding of my vehicle performance since this is my first Acura vehicle. Mario the manager does a wonderful job with training his team to listen to the customer feedback and giving excellent service to their customers. I would recommend purchasing an Acura and servicing it with Sterling McCall service team especially with Kevin Flores as your service advisor.
