Review of Lazydays

I purchased a 2016 Super C thor chateau motorcoach...

I purchased a 2016 Super C thor chateau motorcoach from a private seller, this unit was literally BRAND NEW! It smelt brand new, looked brand new everything about it was perfect, even had a 5 year extended warranty, not to mention a 6.7 Diesel engine. Took the kids and fam to fort wilderness right away for 12 days. Had a BLAST! BUT I made a HUGE mistake, I thought to myself let s get a service done on generator and bring it to lazy dayz. WOW, what a horrible experience it has been, Not only did it take 2 weeks to get an appointment they took 5 days to even look at it, then a guy named Chad calls me and saids my motor coach won t start and we need u to contact ford towing to have my coach towed to ford to have my alternator warrantied out. (NEVER HAD 1 ISSUE WITH STARTER) but conveniently broke at lazy days. Hmmm sure. About a month later I get a call from Chad to check my email to look at the proposal of my requested generator service BUT also a long other list of issues that lazy DayZ recommends on top of a $300 generator service, ya $6,000 in extras that they recommended on a brand new coach. 100k Coach. Chad tells me that the coach is 2 years old and it s not really new. SMH, anyways, I move forward agree to seal on cracks and seal roof like they recommended for an additional $3,000 + $300 for generator service. FINALLY two months later I get the call that the coach is ready. I uber there ($30 + tip) takes 30mins-1hr to find RV and check out, they take the money faster than a speeding bullet. NO one walks and helps me look over unit. I step into my unit to look and the step hits the ground as I step into unit and I notice the step is now broke (the step was perfect when delivered), now Uber back home ($30+tip) wait another week and finally get a call again to come pick up coach, Uber back for another $30+tip. Get charged $500 for a step that was never broken to begin with, $4,000 invested into lazy dayz now at this point, I finally get my coach home (2 months later + 2 weeks for waiting for an appointment) I notice the back bedroom window sticking out a little, they broke the window opening mechanism and now water goes right in. Really Pissed at this point and now I m writing an essay on google reviews. Now I have to call them and see how this journey goes. Worst experience EVER!! Thanks Chad at service!!
