I ve been shopping around for a credit union and HawaiiUSA was reviewed as the best in Hawaii. I heard great things about them and also saw that their numbers were great. I visited the website to do a more detailed research and immediately questioned if they were the best. I was disappointed with its presentation and had no desire to search anymore.

I tried again, still disappointed with the website s presentation but stayed to navigate the website. Let s just say, it s been a hassle to look for information I wanted. It s not impossible but I shouldn t have to dig for the simplest information too.

Invest in creating a user friendly and more appealing website. I m sure it will give customers and shoppers alike a good experience, as well as, increase your business.
