I had a 3 week business trip staying at the Hyatt Louisville. The first thing I noticed when entering the room was a old Ramada Inn musty smell. After the second day I could not notice it. I was surprised at the way the comforter was laid. It was a down comforter placed between 2 sheets - no Duvet cover. I would find myself in bed with the nasty raw comforter coming thru the sheets against my face. I could only imagine how many people used it and whether it was ever washed. For that kind of money to stay there they could at least use a Duvet cover instead of cheap bed sheets on the raw comforter. I had to accept my fate of sleeping this way for three weeks. Unfortunately never a good night's sleep. BTW - the breakfast prices were outrageous - $6 for half a Grapefruit to start! The Tennis court was a bumpy atrificial plastic waffle with lots of bumps and waves that sent the ball flat or sideways. This can really screw up a game. Nice elevators. No free internet. $10 extra per day if desired.
