We were excited to use eassist, but after performing our own audits on the work completed, we have found errors in data put into the pt ledgers and lack of follow up. It may have been specific to the team we were assigned, but unfortunately our experience was less than steller. On the bright side, we did get a lot of payments but now we are stuck correcting some of the inaccuracies.
