Steer clear of the service department. I brought my vehicle in to have the wireless keypad code pulled (I got the vehicle used from a different Ford dealer).

They had the vehicle all day and were never able to get the code, and they still charged me $30. They explained that it was a third party wireless keypad and that the code could only be pulled for Ford genuine keypads. When I got home I removed the keypad so I could replace it with a new one from Amazon. Turns out it is a Ford part (es7j-19g544-aa), I suppose they needed some type of excuse for not being able to complete the work...

At least they still got paid.
