I have been staying at a property in Duluth Georgia owned by this company going on almost 3 months now. When I first started staying here everything was okay. Then they received a new front desk clerk by the name of the Lois who for some reason has been giving me a lot of issues. I contacted this management company about a major issue that I had about a month ago and they blatantly did not care. Everything was have you talked to the hotel manager. I explained that every time I ask for mr. Steve he was out of town per the front desk clerk. So he eventually called me back and he tried to smooth the issue over. However it is always an issue with the front desk clerk Lois. To the point where I can't even get my hotel Key reset for the room, when I go to the front desk she keeps holding personal conversation as if Im not there. I spend over $400 a week at this property. So if I call the management company to complain I would expect to hear more than will get the manager to call you and I never hear from him. And on top of that he still out of town for a from a month ago. After today I will be moving my business somewhere else and I would recommend that you all work on the poor management and customer service relationship. And just customer service in your hotels all together.
