Stout divisions permeate the occupational infrastructure of this employer between their management, executive, and administrative staff and the poorly paid, overworked minions who flourish their paychecks. There's absolutely no logic that exists to how and who they choose to promote, other than racially-biased favoritism, tenure means nothing to them, neither does experience actually working at the job itself. They've been known to hire 24 yr olds with college degrees and promote them to management roles immediately even though said manger is totally clueless to any hands-on applications to the positions that they are supervising over, because quite frankly, they haven't touched anything inside the plant with the exception of a keyboard, mouse, and a ballpoint pen that they utilize to write employees up for the slightest infractions they can drum up in the copious amounts of spare time at their daily disposal.
