In the photos and in the description of other guests the hotel seemed to be a direct hit. Not for us. Our holiday started with the unfriendly, stressed receptionist telling us that we had no booking at the hotel. I then showed all my 3 confirmations on the mail. I was narrowly fed, it was not his problem, he could do nothing for me. I argued further and asked the Lord to dial the contact number of our organizer. Instead of speaking to the Lord in Arabic, he again gave me the task of describing my situation. Nothing happened for 90 minutes. Another foreign tour operator in the hotel offered us his help and again dialed the contact number and took over speaking for me. Suddenly after another half an hour you called. Suddenly to the front desk and checked us in quickly. No apology and no explanations. The food in the hotel was okay, nothing unusual. The staff in the gastro area seemed rather dissatisfied as radiant. The only set up were the people from the entertainment center and the people from the independent dive shop. That was our world and we met such lovely people that we call our friends today.
