Awesome Store, Trey the Mgr, has very little Customer Service Skill, is Very Rude and not at all accommodating to me on a simple request. Today we bought a Queen Bed Set, Sold us a Full Size Box Spring for approximately $300. It's for a friend who just had 3 Massive Heart Attacks and he was aware of that too. So we had to stop and return to the Store and get the size replacement process unnecessarily.

I'm posting this hoping Management SHARE HOLDERS get this post and make changes as it's Livelihood lies in Accommodation of its Returning Customer Base.
