Its really two large indoor areas side by side. A traditional market selling sea food, meat, veg... But unless you're a local you'll be going to the upmarket food court part. There is a large communal table area surrounded by around 40 different local food vendors (no big chain names here). The meals are high quality at pretty good prices. The biggest downside of the place is the queues and I guess finding a table.
