It seems that they expect their customers to be afraid to dial by phone and do not even bother to have someone answer it. Dial 15 times in the 3 hour period, they never answered, and the only time someone answered me reluctantly I hung up in mid-sentence. So do not expect to be able to call for any questions, they will have to go see if they have a product in store or if they were just wasting their time.
