Outstanding on all counts. Great vibe, cool decor, amazing food, great service. Don't miss the chopped salad, which consists of Israeli couscous, arugula, freeze dried corn, tomatoes marinated in balsamic vinegar, pepita "trail mix" with goat cheese, and smoked salmon, all mixed together tableside with a buttermilk dressing. It was perfection. The red snapper was also delicious, with a nice crispy skin, served on a bed of bok choy on a lemongrass buerre blanc and topped with beech mushrooms. The manager was awesome, and even remembered our names as he said goodbye. It was a great dining experience.
