This outfit is A+! The process started with a referral from my franchise broker. They quickly made contact and gave an overview of the Rainmaker Program. There was no pressure, just great information. When we were ready to pull the trigger, our case was handed off to a consultant/project manager. She gave an overview of the process and immediately got to work. Every step was clearly communicated and there was never a question as to what was coming next.
